Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product seal must be unopened and intact.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us at support@cal-vi.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Non‑returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals or damaged original packaging
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees paid on the original order are non‑refundable, unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong product.

 

Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@cal-vi.com.
We will work with you to resolve problems such as damaged items, missing items, or delivery issues.

Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us may slow down the resolution process. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is unjustified and to provide evidence of delivery and communication.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@cal-vi.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
